I have same problem as described in following topic: http://www.add-in-express.com/forum/read.php?FID=5&TID=699&MID=3326&phrase_id=172375#message3326.

Short description: Excel does not work with RTD project compiled in VS.NET 2005 (Demo does not work as well). I have same project compiled in VS.NET 2003 - works fine.

However, there is no answer for that problem. Please help.

Please install the following update for VS 2005 and try again:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/908002
