error PRJ0019: A tool returned an error code from "Performing unregistration"

Getting this error when building the shim project. This started when I attempted to build the project from a PC other then the one I created it on. This seems to only happen on this one PC during the build. I have it building on two other development PC's without issue. Anyone encounter this issue or know how to resolve it?

Hi Wyatt.

Did you change the location of the shim project with regard to the add-in project?

No. I loaded the project from my SourceSafe database exactly as I have done on the other dev PC's. Does the error point to something missing or out of place?

Wyatt, I think you have some files in the project marked as readonly. Try to remove the ReadOnly attribute for all the files of the project in Windows Explorer. Please let me know if it doesn't help.

I had this exact same issue and removing the readonly on all files in the shim dir worked perfectly thank you! (was just about to rebuild a new shim)
