Hi Favaz,
First of all, please note that you use an old build of Add-in Express 2010. You can download the latest build from www.add-in-express.com/downloads/adxnet.php.
Anyway, I will test a clean XLL add-in in one of my virtual PCs with Outlook 2002 and then let you my results. |

But in developer/QA machines the with 2002 it works fine, anyways now i am working on getting the exact 2002 SP3 the client has and replicate it, the major issues is we cannot replicate it, nayways i am sending you the adxregstor text too,

Hi Favaz,
Thank you for providing me with the adxregistrator.log file. It looks good.
I have just tested a newly created sample XLL add-in in one of my virtual PCs with Excel 2002 SP3. And it works like a charm. I didn't notice anything strange on my road.
Please make sure that your customer installed the latest service packs for Office and OS (including .net framework). |
