I am having issues with settings icons on outlook toolbar buttons in VS2003 and the add-in not loading in Outlook. If i remove the image list that add-in load and works as expected, however, simply adding a image list to the project causes the add-in not to load.

Any Ideas?

Hi Chris.

What graphics format of images do you use? Is it .bmp, .png or any other format?
