Hi there,

I want to create some folders under Contacts folder.

I need to prevent users from renaming these folders. I'm trying to use ProcessFolderChange. But it's not firing when I change the name of that folder.

And also ProcessFolderChange event hasn't got EventArgs to cancel the change. Is there any event which fires before the folder change?

Hi Andrei,

Thanks for the reply,

I bought licence for Add-in Express for Office and .NET three months back.
When I'm trying to enter my subscription details it's saying that my Support service subscription has been expired. But it clearly says we have 1 year Support service with the Standard licence. Could you please help me with this?

A new Standard license includes 60 days of tech support service only, as stated on our http://www.add-in-express.com/purchase/subscription-comparison.phpand http://www.add-in-express.com/support/policies.php#standard.

When the Standard subscription is renewed or upgraded, it includes 1 year of Standard support service, as stated on the Subscription Renewal page:
http://www.add-in-express.com/purchase/version-upgrade.php
