Hi Helen,

What Outlook add-in did you installed? Could you please specify its name? Did you develop this add-in?

BTW What version and build number of Add-in Express do you use?

Hi Eugene,
Thank you very much for looking into this issue!
The Addin was developed using .net not the Addin Express software and it's name is SecureEmailAddin.

Hi Helen,

Please note that this forum thread is for http://www.add-in-express.com/office365-sharepoint-ribbon-designer/index.php which is not related to your add-in. Am I right?

Moreover, we provide technical support for registered customers only. You can read more about this on the http://www.add-in-express.com/support/policies.php page of our web site. That is why I would recommend contacting the SecureEmail add-in developers instead.

Hi Eugene,
You are right. I went to the wrong forums. When you mentioned registered customer, did you mean users who purchased your Add-in Express producst? I am a registered member, If I have any tech questions that is not related to your Add-in Express product, will you help me out?
Thanks much!

Hi Helen,

Yes, I mean those who purchased Add-in Express products and whose subscription to support service is active (60 days for Standard and 1 year for Professional and Premium). We provide technical support related to Add-in Express products only. As you understand we can't answer ALL tech questions :-)

You can find the complete list of support options and services included in each subscription on the http://www.add-in-express.com/support/policies.php page.
