Hi,

Context :
I have already installed MAPI Accessor (adx_mapi_accessor_v23b210.msi) on my computer.
I want to uninstall this to intall the new release (adx_mapi_accessor_v23b222.msi).

Problem :
I cant' do it, because the uninstallation or installation failed at the end.

For information, I have upgrate my windows OS (XP) with the .NET framework 4.
As I think, this fact is the origin of the problem, I have uninstalled this updates, and I cleaned my computer with a .NET cleaner. But the problem still exist.

I think, it's a problem of COM registration.
Have you got any idea or any workaround to solve this problem ?

NB : We have a pro licence of Add-In.

Hi Ga?l,

Unfortunately, it looks like we will be able to look at this issue in a week or so. Currently, I just cannot tell you why this occurs or how to fix this.
