Hi!

We have the exact same problem as described in the previous post (Latest release of Outlook appears to make Outlook Security Manager ineffective).

.NET version please! That'd be really appreciated - we've got a new release shortly and can get it in that!

A bit of a belated update - sorry... we went live with this on 17th Sept and the issue cleared across all sites - so perfect fix.

This appears to happen every 6 months to a year looking at our logs - we notice the "osmUnknownOlVersion" - ask if there's an update; get it; install it and bingo.

So thanks for sticking with this!
