Hello Don,
We work on supporting VS 2019. It doesn't look like we will provide this feature in two weeks. Once there's a build supporting VS 2019, I'll post a note here.

Hi Don,
Yes, since version 2.0 is a major upgrade, it requires a new key. You have an active Professional subscription and are eligible for a free update. We have sent the new keys to Nathan Lutz, the person who purchased the original licenses. Please contact him for a new key.

Hi Simone,
We have added your new key for version 2 to your account.
On a side note: sorry guys, we do not add new keys to user accounts automatically because an original license is often purchased by someone else (resellers, project managers, etc.) while an account is registered to a developer who is actually using the product. If someone has an active subscription but has not received a key for the new version, please let us know.

We just upgraded to the 20-May-2019 release of Designer for WiX Toolset. I am able to successfully use it from Visual Studio 2015 and 2017. Unfortunately, I'm not able to use it from VS 2019 (the main reason for our upgrade). In VS 2019, I see the menu selections for opening the various WiX Editors but when I select any of them, I just get a new tab in Visual Studio but no content in it (I just see the content from the previous tab that I was on).
Visual Studio is not locked up -- I can still close the tab for the WiX Editor that I selected and continue working in any of the other tabs I had open. I did have to check "Allow synchronous autoload of extensions" in the Extension Options in order for the Designer for WiX Toolset extension to be loaded. Is there anywhere I can look to figure out why the WiX editors are not functioning properly or, better yet, is there a setting I can change (or anything else I can do) to get them working?
Thanks in advance for any advice you can give me...

Can you send me a screenshot or two demonstrating this? Find the support email address in {Add-in Express installation folder}\readme.txt; please make sure your email contains a link to this topic. Also, please choose Help | About in the main menu of the Visual Studio IDE, and click Copy Info on the About dialog. This puts the info the dialog displays to the clipboard, please send me that info.
