Hi,
I'm having the same issue described in this forum thread:

In my case it's an outlook add-in, Windows 10 64-bits, Outlook 2013 x86
Can we set up a remote session so I can reproduce the error for you?

Hi Mia,

Please check if the secman.dll library is registered on the target machine. If this does not help, please contact our support service and provide the part of your code that throws this error.
