Hello.
I have a problem using the SendMessageToAll to send data to other IE tabs and windows in IE8 on Windows 7.

If the sender IE is running in high integrity ("Run as Administrator"), all of the other IE windows, either in high or low integrity receive the message.
However, if the sender is low integrity (UAC on, normal user), the high integrity window does not receive it.

Is there a workaround to allow the message to be received?
What am i doing wrong?

No, you are right. Unfortunately there is no way (or workaround) to allow the message to be received.
