Getting exception with add-on Windows Vista

Hi Team,

I am facing a strange prob in Vista. I have installed the add-on on the Vista System.
When ever I open a new Instance of IE, either through opening a new Tab or a new Window, I get this exception

I would like to tell you is that I am not getting this error on any other OS as in Wiindows XP or Windows 7.

What could be the issue?

Hi Pratibha.

Do you use the latest version of the loader? Please look at the loader version in Windows Explorer of the adxloader.log file.
