Hi,

When I install the add-in for IE11 in Windows 8.1 machine, the add-in is displayed as incompatible and is not enabled. Please provide a solution for the same. The version of AddinExpress.IE.dll we use is 8.0.5064.0

Hello Anoop,

Try turning Enhanced Protected Mode off. If you need to support it, upgrade to the current Add-in Express version.

When I try to install the latest build v9.0.6121 as while activating the product, I'm getting an error as follows. Please let us know a resolution for the same.

We have just emailed you the new license key for version 9 of Add-in Express for Internet Explorer, Premium. If you did not receive the email, please write to me using our http://www.add-in-express.com/support/askus.php and I will re-send you the new license information.

I just purchased now Add-in Express for Internet Explorer Standard. But can't activate, have the same message as above. I wrote you email, but didn't get response yet. Need it urgently before th deadline, Thank's.

Also btw how to change my login name on this forum?

Please report this with the add-in express team and they will send you a new license key which supports the installation of release 9.
