How about making a quick POLL on a new OSM?
I'd like an OSM delphi unit file...

Due to the exploitability factor of secman.dll, I'm not considering using it but I WOULD be more than willing to consider a small unit file (even if it came without source) that I could add to my add-in express dll and did the same thing. Even if you created OSM with C++ or something else, you could probably not spend too much time creating such a unit (you can always include .obj files in a delphi unit!) and you could probably get some users for that. That's where the topic name comes to be: maybe you could make a quick poll to find out how many people out there would go for such a product! I for one would be interested in it, if it comes within a month or so, which is just about when I'll need that functionality...

If this means you could build the functionality of Outlook Security Manager into our own applications then I agree this would be usefull and probably preferred.

Currently I think a virus could detect secman.dll's availability and use it for it's own purposes.
