Hello,

I would like to buy your VCL product but I need to make sure it works with bulding Add-ins for Outlook 2003.

I downloaded the ADX Toys VCL Toolbar and installed it.
The toolbar shows up, but when I click on a mail message and press either of the buttons, the text box shows up empty.

I am running:
- Outlook 2003
- Windows XP
- Delphi 7

I would really appreciate any help in getting the ADX Toy toolbar working so I can feel more confident in purchasing the component.

Hi Mike,

I have just tested both Outlook Toys with Windows XP SP2 and Outlook 2003 SP1. Both work fine. Could you please provide additional information. What service packs do you have installed? Do you have MS Exchange account?

Hi Dmitry,

I am using Windows XP PRO SP2.
I am not using MS Exchange.

I have discovered the problem though.

The problem was that I was trying to use the tool on the welcome message generated in Outlook from Microsoft - which is not an Internet email. Sorry.

I have now spent more than $150 in time trying to figure out how to build my own COM add-in for Office with Delphi so I am off to the checkout page. Thanks again.
