Disable Auto Send/Receive when Outlook 2003 starts

I know it's bit off topic...
but does anyone know how to disable Auto Send/Receive when Outlook 2003 starts, drives me crazy when debugging!

Tools | Options | Mail Setup (tab) | Send/Receive (button) and uncheck the "Shedule an automatic send/receive every..." check box for all groups

Thanks Eugene, but I got already that one, the problem is that I don't want the send/receive when Outlook starts but I do want the schedule option like in Outlook Express

Ok, it seems there is no such feature.

Another way. To debug your add-ins make Outlook offline and uncheck two check boxes below "When Outlook is Offline" on the "Send/Receive Groups" window.
