Add-in-experss is not working right after installtion

Since installing add-in-express, I get this message while starting delphi:
The application or DLL C:\WINDOWS\system32\adxolbuildd10.bpl is not a valid windows image. Please check this against your installation diskette.
Then I get this error
Can't load package C:\Program Files\Add-in express\Add-in Express 2007 for VCL standart\packages\delphi2006\adxolwizardd10.bpl.
%1 is not a valid Win32 application.

Starting a new project gets me to this screen:
Project Name:
Unregistered
Destination Folder:
Unregistered
Add-in CoClass Name:
Unregistered

And I cannot press on finish, as there's no such button
I'm using Borland??? Delphi??? for Microsoft??? Windows?Â?Ô?? Version 10.0.2166.28377 Update 1 Copyright ??? 2005 Borland??? Software Corporation. All Rights Reserved. on windows XP
Can anoyone help?

Please make sure you are trying to install and activate the product that you purchased. Could you please send me your registration code? I will check it.
