It's possible detect when user change Recipients on compose new email?

i need to customize my buttons when user write Recipients

There's no such event. There's the PropertyChange event that occurs when you add a recipient. If however you remove the recipient, this event will fire (several times) when you save the email. There are other events that occur when a text string that you enter is recognized as a recipient. Using the PropertyChange event isn't convenient.

Consider doing your stuff when the email is being sent.
