Hello,

I can reproduce the effect with the following procedure:
You need a xlsm-file and the security warning should be visible (excel macro is deactivated).

You can see the effect by opening such a file. If there are two excel-files open you can also reproduce the effect by switching the windows in the ?Â?Ð?ìview?Â?Ð?í tab of excel.
The effect is only reproduceable if the TadxExcelTaskPane is visible. The effect is as follows: The excel windows enlarges and reduces for 1 pixel many times. This could take seconds or from time to time you have to kill the process in the windows task manager.

Add-In Express: Version 8.0.1431 Release (build 1213) (the effect was also reproduceable with Release 7.8.1223)
Embarcadero??? Delphi??? XE3 Version 17.0.4770.56661

If necessary I can provide a demo project and a video, describing the bug.
Hope someone can help me with this.
