Hi all,
we created an Add-In and instaled it in some machines of our customers, but we already received two reports, from different persons (which do not work together), and they are saying that their MS Word (and Outlook) are more slow since we installed our Add-In in their computers.

Does have someone similar report? Both users are using Microsoft Office 2013, and are speaking that when they open two or more documents, the second file is opened slowly, and some times the second file does not open.

To explain better the slowness, the users said that sometimes, when they open the second file, the Word stays like the following picture (the second thumbnail does not appear in Windows bar, and after this behavior, the second file does not open):

More one information: our Add-In is only to Outlook and Word.

Hello Sergio,

Could you please check if this is reproducible with the add-in turned off? Also, please turn all other COM add-ins off.

If your add-in actually processes document creation/opening, I suggest that you try to comment out this code.
