problem with doument open in adxWordAppEvents

problem with doument open in adxWordAppEvents
open event does not always fire

using delphi7 and addin version 7.5
when word opens a document directly the event fires
when a user double clicks a word document from windows explorer no event
this worked with word 2007 but not word 2010
is there another event i need to be monitoring?

Hello Carl,

The document is already opened by the time your add-in gets loaded; see the Documents collection. Note that the same occurs if your add-in is turned off, the user opens a number of documents and then turn your add-in on using the COM Add-ins dialog.
