Hi,
when I install a plug ins (for word and excel) to my client his office crash immediatly in start.
I install basic plug in and I have the same problem.
The version of Office 2013 and Windows 8 is the same as mine. but in my environnement it works fine.
I can not find why it crashes at startup automatically in his configuration.
Do you have a module with a debug log file ?
For information
Plug in is install in Administrator Mode.
All module is compile with Version 7.3 Hotfix (build 1214) with Delphi XE3

Hi Karim,
Please make sure that you have Delphi XE3 with Update Pack 1, that you create an add-in of the bitness corresponding to the bitness of Outlook on the target PC, and that your add-in loads correctly on a PC with no Delphi installed.
You can also send us your basic add-in for testing.

Please make sure that you have Delphi XE3 with Update Pack 1,
- I use Delphi XE3 Update 1

- Plug ins compils in 64 bits environnement for Word and Excel only
and that your add-in loads correctly on a PC with no Delphi installed.
- I test in new environnement only Windows 7 and office 2013 (64 bits) Delphi never installed and it works fine.
- unfotunetly, I don't have windows 8 (64 bits)- without Delphi not installed
You can also send us your basic add-in for testing.
- I just sent you an email with a my basic test project

Hi Karim,
Thank you for the sample, I have just tested it on our machine with Windows 8 x64 and Excel/Word 2013 x64. Your test add-in works fine, I did not see any exceptions. Is it the same project that you tested on your customer?Â?Ð?és PC? |
