Hi,

Most of our customers started experiencing the same behavior from specific version of outlook 2016 - the AddinExpress.OL.ADXOlForm region is floating out of the outlook window.
I updated the version of Addin express form regions to the latest and now in my machine the form doesn't appear anymore and i see a popup saying:
"Some components of <addinName> don't support your current configuration of Microsoft Outlook. Please contact the software vendor for more information."
I already saw this post https://www.add-in-express.com/forum/read.php?PAGEN_1=2&FID=5&TID=14930#nav_start the issue is - it is talking about the Addin express version (not the form region) when are you going to release the fix for the "Addin express regions"?
This problem is very urgent and we have a lot of customers affected by it.

I cannot install the newest version, the activation wizard is not accepting my license key even tough i renewed it last month.

Details:
Add-in Express Regions for Microsoft Outlook and VSTO, Professional - Release 4.0.2650
Installation msi file: adxxvsto-v400-b2650-vs-pro.msi
i am getting to Product activation wizard and filling the license name and key and getting this error:

Never mind, i found the registration email,
the activation key appears on the website is different from the one i got in the registration email

Hello,

I have installed the new Version (V4) of Regions for Outlook. The problem with the different DPI settings is solved.
On some maschines we have a new problem. The Taskpane shows no Controls, it is blank. When I click inside the pane, Outlook freeze.

Hello Nico,

Can it be that your pane isn't prepared to be shown with large DPI? Can you please create a sample project and test it on these machines?
