Hi

We have a user who has just started getting this dialog on Outlook start:

We use Express Regions within our product and the above has just started happening on a Windows 10 - Outlook 2016 machine.

As well as this dialog the Region we use now appear blank within Outlook.

I've noticed a few topics referring to new scaling features? is this what we are seeing? I've checked for an update to Regions but there doesn't appear to be one.

Any advice is appreciated?

Hello Andy,

What you see is a reaction to the recent feature introduced in Office 2016: support of multiple monitors with different DPI settings. This feature isn't supported in the current Add-in Express Regions version. To avoid this, you can select the "Optimize for compatibility" option button on the General tab of the dialog window which you open via File | Options.

Supposedly, the ETA for the new Regions version will be set in a week or two.

For those that are unsure where to make the changes, from within Outlook, select File=>Options and the correct option is under the general tab in Outlook 2016
