Hi,

We have an Outlook add-in that has an ADXOlFormsCollectionItem to display a custom UI when a user navigates to a specific folder within Outlook.

We have started experiencing issues where some users do not get the custom UI, just the underlying Outlook Folder. From what I can tell there is no exception being thrown in either our app or Outlook and it does not affect all users.

The ADXOlFormsCollectionItem has an Explorer Layout of ADOXlExplorerLayout.WebViewPane and the Cached property is set to ADXOlCachingStrategy.OneInstanceForAllFolders.

Our application uses Add-in Express v8.7.4430.2005 and our users are using Outlook 2016. We have users of Outlook 2016 who do not see this problem, it appears to be an inconsistent behaviour.

Has anyone else seen this?
