When you send the email with high importance or reply to a message, there is a note added just below or above the message.
You replied to this message on 3/16/2010 9:01 AM.
This message was sent with high importance.

I wanted to add a similar custom note once the email is saved to Database.
Is there any way to do this?

Hello Saket,

The Outlook object model doesn't let you use that area in any way. Consider using an advanced Outlook region showing it in these layouts:
- TopReadingPane
- Inspector.TopSubpane
