Hi.
I develop an add-in for Outlook using Add-in Express VCL.
Currently, it is built using adxvcl-v903-b1660-std
The customer has office 2019 version 2212 build 15928.20216 (part of office 365 in a license configuration for which all apps are online, except outlook, at least this is what I can understand).
When the customer closes Outlook, Outlook crashes and then Outlook restarts itself automatically. When closing and starting Outlook again it asks to start in "safe mode".
Somehow the customer lives with this discomfort, but I would like to assist him better.
What can I do to study the problem?
Today I upgraded my subscription to receive support, what do you suggest to me?

Hello Francesco,
Check if your issue is caused by ESET - see https://www.add-in-express.com/forum/read.php?FID=1&TID=16450.
Does your add-in manage a log where you can check where's the issue is located?
Does the issue occur if you turn off all other COM add-ins?

thanks for the prompt reply.
I will immediately check for ESET and try to ask what happens if all other COM addins are turned off.
Please suggest how I can have a log, I use Eureka Log in other apps, but I never tried with the add-in.

I have never used EurikaLog. But I have an impression developers use it quite often.
