I have a C# add in with an adxRibbonTab. When I click on the ribbon tab in the design view, the window which displays the "preview" of the component does not appear. Here is what my screen looks like :

I am expecting it to look something like :

The red box in the second image is what fails to appear in VS2010. Any ideas?

Hi Daniel,

What version and build number of Add-in Express do you use? Could you please show me the About dialog box? Just right click on the add-in module designer surface and select the About... context menu item.

It appears that it is version 603 build 3052.

Hi Daniel,

Please try to re-install Add-in Express. Does it help? If not, could you please share your desktop to me? I will take a look at the issue online.

BTW Also please note that you can download the latest build of http://www.add-in-express.com/downloads/adxnet.php.
