Hi guys,

My hard drive crashed, and I cannot re-install Add In express. I go to the activate site, enter my License key and Hardware ID, it gives me an activation code, but then it says my code is not valid for the key. I had installed add-in express on one other pc, and am now trying to install it on a laptop different than my crashed computer.

Hi, figured it out! I had downloaded Add in Express for 2010, whereas I had purchased 2009. When i downloaded the proper version the registration worked.
