I have downloaded outlook security manager from http://www.add-in-express.com/downloads/ and trying to install, but I am not able to do, please find the details below:

- Selected manual activation process in activation wizard

- Given Registration information and got the activation key

- System given activation sucessfully completed

- After completing installation process system given "Add in express library is not activated" message and also "An exception occured in the OnAfterInstall event handler of AddinExpress. WizardADXWizardInstaller --> Add-in Express library is not activated!"

- Rolled back the installation


Kindly guide me to resolve this issue.

As far as I see you have downloaded the Add-in Express .NET installation package. Please use the following link to download the Outlook Security Manager .NET installation:

I have downloaded add-in express from the above link and installed sucessfully and also activated.

I have another problem which is

Microsoft.Office.Interop.Outlook.OlItemType.olContactItem

From the above "Interop" is not a member of office message is coming

How to solve this problem

Previously we developed application using the library which is downloaded from http://www.add-in-express.com/downloads/

We have shifted the built to new machine and i am trying to install security library but activation is failed and i posted message in this forum and you suggested http://www.add-in-express.com/bitrix/redirect.php?event1=download&event2=osm-net&event3=&goto=/files/osm/osm-net-14.zip link

I have downloaded library and installed and activated.

The problem is "Interop" is not the member in the above library.

Microsoft.Office.Interop.Outlook.OlItemType.olContactItem

Hi Ram.

The Microsoft.Office.Interop.Outlook.OlItemType.olContactItem is the enumeration that is defined in the primary interop assembly (PIA) for Outlook (it is the Microsoft.Office.Interop.Outlook.dll assembly).
This PIA is a part of the 'Office 2003 Primary Interop Assemblies' installation package. All PIAs can be installed while Office 2003 is being installed on your PC (if you choose the custom installation).
If you don't have PIAs installed on your PC, you can download the installation using the link below:
