We have an issue where a developer of ours had a registered installation of Add-in Express 2009 for Microsoft Office and .NET. Where they received a new computer and the addin wasn't unregistered before the hard drive was wiped clean.

We were wondering if there was a way to release that slot (or all of them), in order for us to register the code on the new computer.

Hi Aaron,

Done. We've reset the activation counter for your license, now you can install and register Add-in Express on your new machine. I sent you an e-mail with more information.
