Is there a specific list of differences between 2.2 for VS 2003 and for VS 2005? I'm aware of the Setup generator issue, but there seem to be others. So going through the flash tutorial, for example, doesn't go all that smoothly. I'm trying to figure out what is different because I'm using VS.NET 2005 or whether there's actually a problem.

For example, in the tutorial to create an Outlook add-in, there's a part where you have the AddinModule in design mode, open Properties and click the "Add CommandBar" link. Except, I have no such link on my copy.

Short of just copying over the code bits from other projects, is there another method I can use?

A Release Note doc covering all these differences would be extremely helpful. Maybe I just haven't found it yet.

Never mind, I figured it out. THe "Commands" window is off by default on a new VS install.
For archival purposes (in case somebody else comes across this): right-click in the Properties window and make sure "Commands" is checked.
