Wanted to get a custom CommandBar on "Tools" pulldown menu in Access VBA IDE

Did I miss how to add my custom CommandBar on "Tools" menubar in MS Access VBA IDE using Add-In Express designer?
Also what about adding a custom commandbar there in VBA IDE?

Hi Shamil,

Add-in Express doesn't support the VBA IDE. You have to add custom command bars to it yourself.
