Installed new app that requires com add-in, loads add-in fine logged in as administrator, but as standard user doesn't even show add-in.

Did you install the add-in for all users (RegisterForAllUsers = true)?

Hi Brian,

Please have a look at the RegisterForAllUsers property of the add-in module (not in the MSI installer).
