Hi,

First, I must apologize for delay and reposting the same issue, but since my previous topic (http://www.add-in-express.com/forum/read.php?FID=5&TID=6319) does not allow any changes, I must start same discussion again.

Initial problem was that I (client) can't uninstall add-in on Vista, or to be more precise, un-installation process went well, but files aren't removed from the folder.

To answer to the last question, UAC was enabled on clients computer.

Hi Goran,

Try creating a new empty add-in that imitates your real add-in and try installing it on that PC. If you cannot uninstall it, please send me the project for testing.
