VS 2008 samples?

Hi,

I'm trying to add a custom form to the Outlook Explorer folder pane window. The samples supplied on the website are for VS2005 and VS2005 SE, and these do not work with VS 2008.

Has anybody done anything similar in 2008?

Hi Mark,

You can easily open VS2005 based sample add-ins in VS2008. Did you try to do like that?

Mark,

When you open a sample in VS 2008, it propose to convert it. After this, you close the solution and edit paths to the following files in the setup project file in order to reflect paths to Add-in Express files on your system:

extensibility.dll
DisableUAC.exe

Probably some samples require changing paths to some other files, too.
