I have created a helloworld Outlook 2007 Addin using "Addin-Express 2008 for Microsoft .NET". The addin can be enabled in Windows XP. After I installed windows XP sp3, the addin was blocked by Outlook 2007. The trust center will tell me that its start up status is "?Â?Ð?ìNot loaded.
Certificate of signed and loads at startup COM Addin is not in trusted source list?Â?Ð?í."

So what is the procedure to install the certificate for an addin?

More information, I am using Visual Studio 2003 with Addin express 2008 For Microsoft.NET (which means that I don't have 'publish' button in the visual studio)

Hello Richard,

Сheck if your add-in fell to disabled items in Outlook.

In Outlook 2007, see Tools | "Trust Center...", then select the "Add-ins" tab. Find your add-in in the "Disabled Application add-ins" category at the bottom of the list.

It is not in the disabled item. I belive that my adxloader.dll is not signed. But how to sign this DLL? Are there any other DLLs required to be signed?
