Hi Sergey,

I installed the latest version (which is 3.8) and the problem is still there.

The loadBehavior property for the add-in is by default setted to "Connected" and "LoadAtStartup". Then I tried the "LoadOnDemand" and then The add-in won't appear at all. Than I tried the "ConnectFirstTime" and the problem is still the same. The add-in appear only if outlook is launched before activesync, otherwise the add-in won't appear.

I don't how to use correctly these loadBehavior values and what I'm looking for is which method/event I have to implement (and how to implement it) to avoid this issue.

Best regards

C?dric, the issue is not in the loadBehavior property.
I will try to reproduce the issue on my PC and will let you know about results soon.

Thanks,

To help you, my add-in is composed with one toolbar for the explorer, one toolbar for the inspector (those two are different) and a toolbar (still different) for word and excel.

I don't use any menu bar and I added an entry in the right click menu of outlook explorer. This entry is working fine whatever the toolbar is displayed or not.

Before I had this problem, when activesync was loaded and the user wants to open outlook, he received an null reference exception in the "adxOutlookEvents_CommandBarsUpdate" method because the OutlookApp Object was null.

Regards

Hi C?dric.

I developed a small test project that loads Outlook in the background.
And I couldn't reproduce the issue. My command bars are always displayed when I start Outlook via the Start menu in Windows. How can I reproduce the issue on my PC? Probably you can send me a test project.
