A PropertiesPage assigned to Contact Itemtype doesn't appear

I have created a Properties page for the Tools/Options menu in Outlook, it is working fine :)

However, I have created a 2nd Properties page and assigned it to the Contact Itemtype (through the AddinModule.FolderPages...) but it doesn't appear when I run Outlook.

Any suggestions?

Could you please give me the progid of your property page and the values of FolderPages item properties.
