I keep getting this message when trying to create a new ADX COM Addin. I have reinstalled VS2005 and ADX .NET, but the problem comes back. Any ideas? :?:

Hi Tim.

What edition of VS 2005 do you use? Is the ADX Wizard shown when you click on the 'ADX COM Add-in' icon in the 'New Project' dialog?

So, do you see the ADX Wizard dialog? Do you get the same issue in all supported programming languages?

I do NOT see the ADX wizard. As a rank amateur, I am not sure how to change programming language. When I choose File>>New Project>>Other Languages>>C#, then the options "ADX COM Addin", "ADX RTD Server", and "ADX Smart Tag" do not appear. BTW, "Project Creation Failed" also occurs with the RTD and Smart Tag project types.

Are you able to create a new Class Library project in Visual Studio? Does it work without errors?

This was a corruption problem with my old computer. Everything works just fine now.

BTW: I really like the (still somewhat buggy) XLL module. Thanks!
