Please check the setup project. Probably you didn't include some dependent assemblies.

Hi Tomer.

Did you install all the latest updates on Vista?
Do you register the add-in under the admin account?

P.S. I would advise you to update Add-in Express up to v3.4. The v3.4 is optimized for work with the latest updates for MS Office.

1. I don't think i have the latest Vista's updates.
2. Yes I ran the installation under admin account.
