Rup, it is not possible to disable/enable the Subject field via the Outlook Object Model. However you can use the ConversationIndex propety of the Outlook.MailItem interface to group your emails.

P.S. Note that we take up your forum requests in the order we receive them. Besides, it may take us some time to investigate your issue. Please be sure we will let you know as soon as the best possible solution is found.

HI Sergey,

i tried printing out the ConversationIndex of each mail item

A. 01C77FD393ED2267A22427D145AF9BB3D3B9B199FFAF

B. 01C77FD4AAE0378C457D97FE40B99E0F32E3C7AB3E12

C. 01C77FE66C54D5619CE085A64E90AF9FA302F584CAAB

D. 01C77FE6E1655CA80B110A88470C99B4186F4BC30A02

A & B are of the same email trail.

but C & D are not, i dont see any pattern or how can i match these indexes? is there a reader for this or just a get the first 6 chars? thanks!
