Installation Problem: Error Code 2352

One of our Customers reports an Error when he tries to install our Add-in on one of his workstations. (All other workstations work fine). We are using Add-in-express Version 2.8.1763.2005

Error Message:
The Installer has encountered an unexpected error installing this package. This may indicate a problem with this package. The error code is 2352.

Any idea what this means ?

What operating system does the customer use?

Customer uses Windows XP, Service Pack1 and Office 2002 with Service Pack2 or Service Pack3.

I have had alot of problems with Outlook XP if the end user doesnt have SP3 installed. Just a thought...

Hi Martin.

As you understand, it is hard to support all versions of MS Office and all updates/Service packs at the same time. So we test our software with the latest updates.
