I have a custom outlook form that I want to apply to only one folder.
If I set the ExplorerItemTypes the form will appear for those types but I have been unable to determine what I should put in either the FolderName or FolderNames collection in order to restrict the form to a single folder.

I have tried
\Personal Folders\Folder Name
\Folder Name
Folder Name

How do I acheive this?
