Images on Ribbon Buttons?
How do you add an image to a Ribbon Button?

I can add one OK using ImageMso, but if I understand it correctly, that only allows one of MS Offices own button images.

Can the image property be used to add your own images?

Its mentioned in the documentation that you can, but I have not been able to find anything telling you how.

Hi Sean.

Yes, it can be done via the Image and ImageList properties of the ADXRibbonButton component.

P.S. Note that we take up your forum requests in the order we receive them.
Besides, it may take us some time to investigate your issue. Please be sure we will let you know as soon as the best possible solution is found.

But how? What do you enter in the Image or ImageList property?

It's simple:

1. Open the addinmodule designer.
2. Add the ImageList component.
3. Add some images to the ImageList.
4. Set the ImageList property of the button to an instance of the
ImageList component using the property editor.
5. Set the Image property to a number of the image via the drop down
editor.
6. Rebuild the project.
