Hi Sergey,

it occured a problem with my toolbar add-in. Outlook shows a message dialog informing of a serious error and asks for deciding if deactivate the add-in that causes the error. Sincerly I have no idea of what it could be. Can you help me?

Hi Matteo.

What version of Visual Studio do you use? Are you able to debug the add-in in Visual Studio?

Hi Sergey,

I use Visual Studio 2005 and use the add-in with Office Outlook 2003.
I can't see the error by debugging my project, it is very rare and it happened in one case, in other PCs the add-in works fine.

Hi Sergey,

do you mean SP, SP2 is installed, my Outlook 2003 is up to date.
Well I can tell you this: from the top menu of Outlook, in 'About Microsoft Office Outlook' after the error (dialog form) occured my toolbar add-in executable appears in Disabled Items. But I don't know why.

Hi Matteo.

Please try to comment all functional code except for the code that has been added by the Add-in Express wizard. I wonder if the error occurs in this case.
