From the information in your user profile, you have an Add-in Express for Office and .NET, Standard subscription. The error message says that you are installing another product - Add-in Express Regions for Microsoft Outlook and VSTO.

Please download the correct product from https://www.add-in-express.com/downloads/adxnet.php.

FYI, the product you were trying to install (Add-in Express Regions for Microsoft Outlook and VSTO) is retired and not supported any longer.
