Hi,
One of our clients has issue that when they try to send a mail using Outlook, they are met with the following error message:
This is not caused by our Outlook plugin logic as this happens on normal Outlook save. If they click "Forsøg igen" (Try again) then it sends the mail, and it is shown in "Sent mails"
We are using Add-in Express version that Patryk got from this post: https://www.add-in-express.com/forum/read.php?FID=5&TID=16444 and Outlook version: 16.0.0.15629. |

Hi,
The issue is not reproducible with the previous version of AddinExpress.OL.2005.dll. |

We can't reproduce the issue. Could you please create a sample project? If yes, please send it to the support email address; find it in {Add-in Express installation folder}\readme.txt; please make sure your email contains a link to this topic. Also, please describe the steps to help us reproduce the issue.

Hi,
Sorry for the delay, but I was waiting for response from the customer. The response I got was that they cannot give steps to reproduce, because the error appeared at different times for different users. Some of them experienced it when they sent a mail, others when they accepted a meeting invitation, and others had it very sporadically.
I am unable to provide sample project as I was unable to reproduce this issue.
Is it possible to get different version of Add-in Express, which also contains fix for the issue linked in first post? |

We can't reproduce that issue either. Because of this and because you don't have a sample project, we would need to look at your code. You can send your code to the support email address (find it in {Add-in Express installation folder}\readme.txt) or you can let us see it in a remote session. If you prefer a remote session, send us an email to the support email address to discuss details.
