TopPanel gets visible when opening Outlook

Hello,

We have a problem with the visibility of the TopPanel.
When I open the Outlook client the TopPanel is invisible, as it should. But when I open a MailItem form my desktop, the TopPanel is visible. It also happens when I share a document from Adobe.
The weird thing is that when it happens, the TopPanel seems seperate from my MailItem and is just a new Outlook Window.

Could you confirm that you use the latest version of Add-in Express Regions for Outlook and VSTO?
