Old Version Update

Dear Andrei,

If a user runs an old Version of my ADX AddIn say Version 1.0.4, and for some reason he has not updated. If I have erased this Version in my Version_Info.xml, say I only have Versions 1.10.0 to 1.30.0 in there. Will Version 1.04 still update to 1.30.0?

If not, can I rectify it by putting

<version name = "1.0.4" etc.....
....</version>

for all the Versions from 1.04 manually back into Version_Info.xml?

Hello Michael,

No such way exists. If your installer uninstalls the previous version, you could send the user a direct link to the downloader of your current version. If it doesn't uninstall the previous version, suggest the user uninstall it manually and then run the downloader using the direct link.
